Elmer Palmer passed away on July 8th, 2008

Elmer was a WWII Marine who served on Iwo Jima.

From Kevin Kimma: Elmer was always a welcomed site at the Detachment meetings. His kind and gentle manner was testament to his great inner fortitude. Elmer became friends very quickly with all of us and we all will miss Elmer very much. God Bless Elmer and his family.
